Call for Designers: Vanilla Ink and Contemporary Lab

VANILLA INK and CONTEMPORARY LAB have combined forces and will be attending MADE fair in Brighton in November, together!

This prestigious event sees thousands of visitors and has many well-known designers and makers attending.

CALL FOR MAKERS:

To celebrate the collaboration of Vanilla Ink and Contemporary Lab, Vanilla ink is offering a selection of its members the chance to have their work shown at the prestigious Brighton fair ‘MADE’. Big trade fairs are notoriously expensive and at the start of your career can be impossible to attend. When the costs of the stand, travel and accommodation are added to the costs of display, advertising and packaging they are more often than not out of a recent graduates league! Vanilla Ink is thrilled to be able to offer its recent graduates the exciting opportunity of tapping into a market that will raise their profile and increase sales without taking the risk of going it alone!

Vanilla Ink will be taking 0% commission on all sales at MADE over the full 4 days of the event! Makers will provide Vanilla Ink with a collection of high-end pieces with a retail price minimum of £80. Don’t miss your chance to be involved for the tiny price of £75 for all this!

WHAT’S IN IT FOR US?

Vanilla Ink is attending it’s first craft fair. This is as much exposure for Vanilla Ink as it is for the designer. We are taking our brand to a new market and showing people the high level of design that we promote.

CRITERIA:

The only criteria to be eligible are that you must be a Vanilla ink member who has graduated within the last 3 years. To apply to be considered, please email kate@vanillainkstudios.co.uk including your name, a link to your Vanilla Ink profile with x3 jpeg images of your work. The closing date for applications is the 30th of September. You will find out if you have been selected shortly after.
