Fflur’s spectacular final collection is flowing and feminine in style, it features elaborately hand cut leather detail, embellishments including Swarovski crystalized ram skulls and handmade high heeled clogs, all fused in a romantic western theme.
The honest rustic feel of the collection, no doubt stemming from a rural upbringing in north wales and with design experience working in Alexander McQueen's studio, and clear inspiration from Vivienne Westwood and Manish Arora, her work is experimental and innovative, with her main interest of embellishing natural fibres to create pleasing and interesting textures.
