Artist statement;
Inspired primarily by contemporary dance, I try to produce jewellery that collaborates form, movement and colour. This collection is based on examining and observing shapes and lines created by the body, in motion. These shapes evolved into a series of linked forms that, though connected, interlock in such a way as to allow movement by the wearer. As the piece moves, it reflects the light – giving it another dimension as well as capturing one’s attention.
